I cannot recommend Dog Fence Ontario enough! We live about 3 hours away from St. Catharines; and yet, Dog Fence Ontario was at our house less than 48 hours after I initially called. When I text Cameron, he takes approximately 30 seconds to respond—even if it has been over a year since we last connected. Getting an invisible dog fence was the best investment we ever made.

We installed an invisible fence about 8 years ago. We live in a semi-rural area with no fences so this was a perfect solution. Our stubborn prey-driven Airedale took a while to catch on but overall he respects the boundaries. But the main reason I'm giving the 5 stars is the customer service from Cameron. He's always been available, supportive, and quick to resolve issues over the years!

Cameron was very nice, respectful, and educated right off the bat. My boy's previous PetSmart system collar broke down on a Friday. He had Brad at our house Monday afternoon to install the new system. When I realized a corner was cut shorter than my OCD wanted, Cameron did not hesitate and fixed it the same week. I will recommend Dog Fence Ontario to all the dog lovers I know!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dog Fence Ontario for 5½ years now. Yesterday my dog's collar was lost somewhere in the yard, buried under several feet of snow. A quick call to Cameron resulted in a temporary replacement collar being sent out immediately AT NO COST!! Cameron warned me I probably wouldn't receive it until Monday, but it arrived in the mail today!

I can't say enough about the incredible service we received from Cameron. The installation was great and the training was really thorough. Cameron was available several times to help us understand the system and ensure our 2 dogs were safely trained. Great product. Great service. Great experience. Great value.

We called Dog Fence after finding our dog roaming the neighborhood. Realizing a built fence was not in the budget for our ½ acre yard, Dog Fence was the best choice. Cameron was excellent at letting us know this was a good workaround. We are now able to play in the back and front yards without worry. Best decision we have made for her.

We have a dog that will actually eat through our chain link fence to go wandering (hounds…). Had Cameron install a fence years ago and it worked like a charm. Cameron came back to fix and change it a bit for us. On time, very communicative, efficient, professional…definitely recommend.

What set Dog Fence Ontario apart from the other types of invisible fences was the rechargeable battery in the dog's collar. We love this feature. The service has been excellent—response times very short—from our original quote request to our follow-up questions after the installation.

Just had Cameron out again to swap out a collar that stopped working. Absolutely no hassle and a really quick response time. I was telling him how much I value the system and how little it actually costs when you think about how long you'll have it. There is no way my dogs would have this amount of space to run if I had to pay for a regular 'human' fence.

I got quotes from a couple other places and found Dog Fence Ontario to be the best price by hundreds. I called and Cameron answered the phone immediately. I was able to book an installation date within 2 weeks. After about an hour and a half the wire was in and the base unit installed. The quality of work was excellent.

Right from the very first email, Cameron was top notch. He replied very fast, he even reached out to me on a Saturday when I had a question. I reached out to a bunch of different invisible fencing companies and after I was done with them, I was sold on Cameron's customer service. At this point I still didn't know the cost, but I didn't care. 10/10 rating.

Cameron came 4 days in a row for training and today our dog is running around freely with no fear of him running on the road. They are knowledgeable people with reasonable prices and amazing service. Invisible Dog Fence worked great for my Cats! Cameron put the wire along the top of our fence for our cat that loved to jump over, and it has done the trick. He likes cats and started with low frequency and went up in small increments until he found one that worked. Now I have two cats that run and play outside to their heart's content.

We had our invisible fence installed over 3 years ago. They replaced a problematic collar with no questions and reiterated that there is a lifetime warranty—he joked if there is an issue 3 years from now then we'd get it replaced again. Yes, you are paying a good price for this system. But you are also paying for quality products with excellent customer service. Worth every penny.

There have been few companies I've worked with that have been as great as Cameron and Mike at Dog Fence Ontario. Having a large rural property and 2 hound dogs that live to run, we knew a simple fenced dog run wasn't the way we wanted to go. Service calls for any warranty work or replacement parts are often same or next day. I tell everyone who gets dogs about DFO.

Our dogs are happy without leashes or ropes and we feel extremely happy knowing they are contained!

From the request for quote to installation, Karen and Brad were utmost professionals. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. In less than a week, our dog knows her boundaries and cannot be coerced to cross them. No more yelling for or worrying where the dog has wandered off to anymore. Highly recommend!

It was a great decision to put in a dog fence. We live in the country but by a busy road, and have an 8-month-old Lab that likes to wander. The training was quick and easy and by the third day, Hank knew where the fence was. Great service and timely repair when we cut the wire with a shed being put in. I love my fence and so does Hank. We have a large property with a highway too close to take chances. My husband has also dug it up a few times "landscaping"...and I simply call and they come out next day to find the break and fix. Love them and the security I have knowing Hank can roam around not tied up! Best investment ever.

Best money we ever spent. Our stubborn Frenchie was trained to use the system in under 3 days. It has been amazing to not have to worry about her running out and going on the road. The installer was very friendly and had completed our ¾ acre property in 1 day. We would and have recommended this company to others. You will not regret this purchase!

Don't be taken back by the price. There are considerable costs that go into setting up the correct parameters for your dog. You are paying for the end result: a dog you love is contained properly. I found this group to be honest and very client-focused. Not pushy on the sales side and prompt in responding.
